getaisales.com ("we", "us", or "the Service") is operated by getaisales, Inc. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our website, dashboard, and APIs (collectively, the "Service").

- Account information: name, email, company, billing address, payment method.
- Workspace data: contacts, leads, conversation transcripts, CRM records, and integration credentials you import or generate inside the Service.
- Communications: support emails, demo requests, survey responses.

- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, timestamps, device and browser metadata.

2.3 Information from third parties
When you connect Meta Ads, WhatsApp Business API, Stripe, or other integrations, we receive data from those providers (e.g., ad performance, message metadata, payment status) according to your authorization.
3. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Run AI qualification and reply-generation on your behalf using your prompts and conversation context.
- Process payments, send invoices, and prevent fraud.
- Communicate with you about product updates, security alerts, and (with consent) marketing.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. AI processing and your data
We use third-party large language model providers (including Anthropic Claude) to generate AI responses. Conversation context is sent to these providers solely to produce the requested output. We do not permit our LLM providers to train their foundation models on your workspace data.
5. Sharing of information
We share information only as described below:
- Service providers (hosting, analytics, payment, LLM, email delivery) bound by data-processing agreements.
- Integrations you explicitly authorize (Meta, WhatsApp, Stripe, etc.).
- Legal authorities where required by law, valid subpoena, or to protect our rights.
- Business transfers in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (with notice to you).
We never sell personal information.
6. Data retention
Active workspace data is retained for the lifetime of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted. Aggregated, de-identified analytics may be retained longer.
7. Security
We use industry-standard practices including TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, role-based access controls, and continuous monitoring. No system is perfectly secure; if we detect a breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, UK GDPR, PIPEDA, etc.), you may have rights to access, correct, port, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact privacy@getaisales.com to exercise these rights.
9. International transfers
We are based in the United States and process data in the US and the EU. Cross-border transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
10. Children
The Service is not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We will post any updates here and notify account admins by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect.
